How do I return an item?

Please be sure to include your Order # and name on the outside of your return package. The Order ID can be found on the top of the invoice. Pack your merchandise with care and we strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit; RED STITCH cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging.    

Returns & Exchanges Procedure

Please note our policy:   Refunds are not allowed; items may be returned for exchange at RED-STITCH.COM ONLY. Even if you have an affiliation with the owner, there are NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please do not return any SALE or "FINAL SALE" item, as it is unable to be returned or exchanged and you will not be given credit.  

CANCELLATIONS: Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

"FINAL SALE" items are: All handbags, Belts, Shoes, Boots, Flip-Flops, Bathing Suits, Underwear, Jewelry, Accessories, Tights, Hosiery, Intimate Apparel, Gloves, Hats and Scarves as well as any SALE merchandise.  

Allowable returned items will be given store credit only, NO EXCEPTIONS. RED STITCH prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately.  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will provide you with a store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange, less shipping costs.   

Items received after the 7 days will NOT BE GIVEN CREDIT, so please do not send back any merchandise that exceeds our 7 day policy.

RETURNS will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Please note on returns for exchange to different size or color, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping charges. Items returned must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, tickets, hangtags, etc..including the original invoice.  RED STITCH will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.
